Job Description

You will be responsible for creating and curating high-quality content, managing our social channels day-to-day, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of conversation. Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor, listen, and respond to our community in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
  • Analyze key metrics and social media performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights to a management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform changes, and emerging trends to ensure our strategy remains effective and innovative.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and coordinated campaign efforts.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing for performance and ROI.
