We are seeking a seasoned Data Technology Consultant to join our expanding Data & AI practice and help drive Data & AI Modernization Programs for EPAM clients. This role bridges technology and business value: you will help enterprises retire legacy data warehouses and ETL platforms, move to a modern lakehouse stack, and unlock analytics and AI use cases that were out of reach before.
You will design innovative modernization solutions, own presales end-to-end, and bring strategic advisory plus deep technical know-how to senior client stakeholders across worldwide industries.

Lead End-to-End Presales Lifecycle: Own opportunity solution design, technical scoping, effort estimation Drive Client Discovery & Advisory: Facilitate stakeholder discovery workshops and short-term assessment engagements to formulate comprehensive legacy migration roadmaps and enterprise data strategies Design Modern Cloud Architectures: Architect scalable, cloud-native Data & AI solutions (utilizing Databricks, Snowflake, and medallion architecture patterns) optimized for business outcomes Bridge Business & Technology: Collaborate seamlessly across sales, delivery, and technical expert teams to ensure proposed solutions perfectly match client objectives and deliver measurable value Professional Background: 7+ years of experience in data technology consulting, data architecture, or solution architecture delivering enterprise-scale data platforms Modern Cloud & Lakehouse Platforms: Proven hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) across major cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) Legacy Migration Experience: Strong understanding of legacy data warehousing and traditional ETL tools (e.g., Oracle, DB2, Informatica, SSIS) and enterprise migration challenges Track Record of Modernization: Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-workload enterprise data modernization and migration programs into production Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and executive-level advisory skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives...supplemental benefit options Explain coverage clearly and answer client questions with professionalism Guide individuals through the enrollment process step-by-step Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communication Provide ongoing client support to build...
